3. How long will delivery take until it reaches my house?

We ship to all cities in the Kingdom and your order will reach you within 2 to 7 working days from the date of confirmation.

4. How can I track the status of my order?

Once we hand over your shipment to the shipping company, we will send you a message with the tracking number so you know where your order has reached at any given moment.

5. What are the basic requirements for me to be able to exchange my order?

In order to accept the exchange, two conditions must be met:

  • The product will be in its original condition as you received it.
  • The invoice is included with the product when the shipping representative delivers it.

6. Are there shipping fees for returns?

Yes, the shipping cost of 20 riyals will be deducted from the refund amount if the total remaining order amount is less than 199 riyals, because the order is not eligible for free delivery at that time.

7. How and by what means will I receive my refund?

The amount due will be returned to the same card account you used at the time of payment, and the process usually takes 14 business days for the money to be returned to your account.

8. Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. After shipping, the address cannot be changed.
